No surprises with a flat fee structure
At The Meier Law Firm, PLC, all services are provided to clients on a flat rate basis. Our innovative flat fee structure is part of our commitment to provide efficient and cost-effective legal solutions for your business.
The following items are examples of some of the services we provide and what is included in the flat rate. All available services are not listed on this website; Tony Meier will provide prospective clients with a fee quote for their requested services up front.
LLC Formation Service—$800 includes the following:
- Attorney Tony Meier counsels you regarding the LLC formation and performs all other tasks included in the LLC formation service
- Assistance in choosing an available name that complies with Arizona law
- Preparation and filing of articles of organization with the Arizona Corporation Commission
- Delivery of confirmation of Arizona Corporation Commission approval of the articles of organization
- Publication of the articles of organization in an appropriate newspaper as required by the Arizona LLC Act
- Preparation of an operating agreement tailored to suit your business, including buy-sell provisions (multiple member LLCs only)
- Assistance with obtaining a federal employer identification number (also known as a tax ID number)
- Coordinate filing of an affidavit of publication with the Arizona Corporation Commission
- Upon completion of the LLC formation, you receive a binder containing all the documents described above and a disc with an electronic copy of those documents
- Attorney Tony Meier counsels you regarding the incorporation and performs all tasks included in the incorporation service
- Assistance in choosing an available name that complies with Arizona law
- Preparation and filing of articles of incorporation with the Arizona Corporation Commission
- Assistance with preparing the certificate of disclosure that Arizona law requires to be filed with the articles of incorporation
- Delivery of confirmation of Arizona Corporation Commission approval of the articles of incorporation
- Publication of the articles of incorporation in an appropriate newspaper as required by the Arizona LLC Act
- Preparation of bylaws
- Preparation of stock certificates evidencing each shareholder's stock in the corporation
- Assistance with obtaining a federal employer identification number (also known as a tax ID number)
- Coordinates filing of an affidavit of publication with the Arizona Corporation Commission
- Upon completion of the incorporation, you will receive a binder containing all of the documents described above and a disc with an electronic copy of those documents
Annual Board of Directors and Shareholder Meeting Minutes—$250 flat fee includes filing fees and publication costs—includes the preparation of minutes or unanimous written consents in lieu of a meeting for a corporation's annual board of directors meeting and the annual shareholders meeting.
- The Meier Law Firm, PLC will assist with preparing and sending annual meeting notices to directors and shareholders for an additional $200

FYI: All Arizona corporations are required to hold annual meetings of their shareholders. In addition, corporations should document all the important corporate actions in minutes of meetings of the board of directors and shareholders or written consents in lieu of meetings. Please note that holding a meeting of the board of directors or the shareholders requires proper advance notice to each director or each shareholder, respectively. A corporation may take action by unanimous written consent instead of holding a formal meeting. |
Residential Loan Consultation—$295
Tony Meier will consult with you in person or by telephone to answer your questions about the application of Arizona and federal law to your situation and provide you with information you can use to decide how to proceed, including legal issues associated with foreclosures and short sales. After the consultation, you will receive a written summary and analysis.
Commercial Lease Review—$800 includes the following:
- Review of the lease (and the guaranty if applicable and requested)
- Provide written comments in a memo, handwritten on a copy of the lease or both
- Discussion of Tony Meier's comments on the phone or in person at his office
